online (ZIO). We recommend that you do this as soon as possible and no later than
30 days from receipt of this email.
Your username
You will access your account through ZIO using your individual username:

Activating your account
You can activate your ZIO account using the link below:
https://online.zurichinternationalsolutions.com/activation/activateaccount.aspx
You will then be asked to:
- enter your username
weiweiwe9520
- set a password
(you will be provided with guidance regarding the combination of characters and
numbers acceptable)
- create a Memorable number
Note: One of the identification questions asks you to confirm your Employee Number/Payroll
reference, so please ensure you have this available before activating your account.
If you don't have this information available, please check with your Company contact
or Zurich Corporate HelpPoint team.
Logging in for the first time
Once you have activated your ZIO account, you will then be able to log in by using
the link below:
https://online.zurichinternationalsolutions.com/login.aspx
When you first log in you will be asked to enter the username, password and
Memorable number you used to activate your account.
Once you have successfully logged into ZIO you will be asked to set some security
questions, which will be used by the Zurich Corporate HelpPoint team if you require
assistance in future.
We strongly recommend that you change your username to one that you will remember.
To do this, select ‘My preferences’ and ‘Change username’.

Getting the most from ZIO
You can manage many aspects of your account using ZIO. For example, you can (if
available):
- View your account and download
current and historic valuations
- See any contributions made
by both you and your employer
- Access a range of tools to
help you plan your retirement, including our Retirement Planner and Rate of Return
calculator tools
- Visit the Fund Centre where
you can view the investment performance of the funds you may be invested in or wish
to switch into, download fund factsheets, and create your own reports
- Switch your current investment
holdings through a single transaction
- Update important information,
including personal information and beneficiary nominations
- Download forms and plan literature
- Change your username
Tips to help you
- If you select the ‘Help
and Information’ tab, you will see a link to the ‘Library’ section
that contains several documents, including a User Guide, which will help you to
find your way around the website and get the most from it.
- When you first visit ZIO,
please review your personal details to ensure we hold the correct information for
you. To do this, select the ‘Personal Details’ tab, and, if necessary,
edit your personal details by using the ‘Edit details’ button. Please
note that if you make any changes, it will be one day before they appear on the
system.
We strongly recommend that you log into ZIO on a regular basis to keep up to
date with your account.
